DID YOU KNOW? Health Automated Telehealth Machines (ATMs) – the first of their kind in the entire Central Luzon – are now available in the Local Government Unit of Magalang.
These Health ATMs can conduct various screening tests in just 10 minutes.
The provision of these machines is one of the fulfilled promises of Mayor Malu Lacson to further strengthen and prioritize healthcare services for every Magaleño.
According to the mayor, having healthy citizens is vital for the continued progress of the town of Magalang.
With the help of the Health ATM, residents can now check their lipid profile, HbA1c, health assessment, mental health assessment, as well as hearing, eye, and heart health checks in just a few minutes.
This is expected to make initial health screenings easier for residents and help detect various illnesses early.
The Automated Telehealth Machines were first presented to Mayor Malu in September 2025, and after only a few months, they were successfully brought and introduced to the town of Magalang.
Every Magaleño can use them as part of the local government’s goal to make healthcare services in the town more accessible and efficient.
