Consult a Doctor the DIGIHEALTH Way

Step 1

Book Online

  1. Once the Patient Consent Form is submitted, proceed with the Registration, or login into your account if you have already registered. Payment can be made through PayMongo, GCash and Grab Pay. Please choose the most convenient mode of payment for you.
  2. You are given three (3) hours to complete the payment. If the payment is not completed within three (3) hours, the appointment request will be automatically cancelled, and you will have to make a new appointment booking.
  3. Once payment is successful, a system-generated receipt will be sent to your email. The confirmation details will also be sent to your Doctor.

Step 2

Find a Doctor

  1. Go to the list of doctors under different specialties.
  2. If not sure, you may consult a General Practitioner or Family Medicine Doctor for initial consultation.
  3. Check the Doctor’s Profile, Rate, and Availability for consultation

Step 3

Book an Appointment

  1. Choose your preferred date and time slot of consultation by clicking on the appointment box of the doctor.
  2. Before you are able to proceed with the booking, the system will prompt you to the Patient Informed Consent page. Please read carefully before clicking on the Agree button.

Step 4

Consult with your Doctor Online

  1. Make sure you log in and connect on time, with good internet connection. You may use a mobile phone, computer or tablet with a functional Camera and Mic for the Teleconsult by clicking on the link under Appointment Tab.
  2. Please turn on your video during the consultation and identify yourself for verification of your Electronic Medical Record.
  3. Please provide the doctor any laboratory and diagnostic results to help him in the diagnosis. Be ready with the list of medications you are taking and be truthful in answering the assessment questions.
  4. The Teleconsult allows the doctor to access and write on your Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
  5. The e-prescription will be made available in your DIGIHEALTH App and sent also to your email.

For Patients

a. To register for free, click on the REGISTRATION link

b. Accomplish the signup form and create your account.

c. Verify your mobile number with the OTP.

d. If you entered your email id, you would receive an email verification link: click on the link and verify your email.

e. Once your email is verified successfully, you can now log in.

a. To book an appointment, make sure you are logged in. Go to Menu > Find Doctor, where you can see the list of specialists. You can filter the list based on your preference or need.

b. Once you have chosen your doctor, select Book and accomplish the booking form where you will select the date and time, and provide details regarding your consultation such as your symptoms. You may also attach your lab results or any other document related to your consultation.

c. After reviewing your details, check the box with the terms of consent and then proceed with the payment.

a. Once payment is successful, a system-generated receipt will be emailed to you.

b. You will also receive a reminder through email and SMS 15 minutes before the teleconsult.

Once you have successfully accomplished the booking form, you will be directed to a payment page where you can pay via Credit/Debit Card, Gcash or GrabPay.

*12% VAT and a convenience fee is added on top of the consultation fee

DIGIHEALTH currently does not offer refunds. In case the doctor did not show up, the patient can reschedule the appointment to another date and time.

No, the use of our service or application is not intended for emergency health cases. If you think you need immediate medical attention, please go to the nearest hospital or emergency room.

The DIGIHEALTH Telemedicine Platform has been developed using international HIPAA standards & regulations for digital healthcare solutions.

Hence, the application follows all the data encryption protocols for data in communication as well as in databases.

The application is hosted on AWS cloud platform, which is HIPAA compliant and provides a robust architecture to process, store, and transmit protected health information (PHI). The user information is stored in secure encrypted databases, & accessible only to authorised admin personnel.

The video communication is facilitated using Twilio, which is also a HIPAA compliant communication platform, trusted and used by top telemedicine providers in USA & Europe.

DIGIHEALTH is committed to following best practices for user information & privacy, and will ensure that user information will not be shared to any external entities which do not require such information for functioning of DIGIHEALTH application.

  2. Accomplish the signup form and create your account.
  3. Verify your mobile number with the OTP sent to you
  4. If you entered your email ID, you will receive an email verification link: click on the link and verify your email.
  5. Once your email is verified successfully, you can now log in.

STEP 2 - Login to your account & complete the onboarding process.

STEP 3 - Admin Verification

After you have completed the above information, our team will review and verify your credentials. Please expect an email within 3-5 working days. Once the verification and account setup is done, you can start using your DIGIHEALTH account.
